Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, the Coordinator, Strategic Partnerships will work with the Strategic Partnerships Managers to support, monitor, track and coordinate the successful implementation of the multi-platform partnerships with category-leading luxury companies including Net Jets, Airbus, Northern Trust, Louis XIII, and IGY. The candidate will work with the team to identify media prospects, generate advertising sales, and monitor production and distribution for Navigator magazine, N&J’s award-winning lifestyle publications which is distributed globally to yacht owners, private jet owners and UHNWI’s.

This successful candidate will support and help coordinate partner activations during international yacht shows in Monaco, Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale and regional events hosting UHNWI’s in key markets. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ACCOUNT SUPPORT, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, IMPLEMENTATION:

  • Work with Partnership Managers to review and monitor existing partnership agreements, ensure successful implementation of all contract deliverables, and develop tracking reports to measure results
  • Maintain open and fluid communication with partners. Help create an environment of trust and collaboration. Proactively resolve business issues and help coordinate interaction between partners and N&J
  • Coordinate pre-event logistics of all partners for boat shows and custom events
  • Coordinate with N&J Marketing team and oversee all partnership deliverables during boat shows/events (i.e. signage, print, promotional, event elements, etc.) to ensure that client expectations are met
  • Monitor and track status of magazine advertising agreements. Communicate advertising deadlines, ad specs and program guidelines to clients and coordinate with marketing to ensure timely delivery of creative materials and adherence to guidelines
  • Work with team to measure campaign results for pre- and post-campaign analysis and event ROI.
  • Review competitive publications, websites and media platforms to identify potential advertisers and strategic partners. Compile list of companies and identify decision-makers and contact information for sales outreach.
  • Track and maintain N&J Media client database and magazine comp list to ensure accuracy.
  • Work cross-functionally and act as the communications conduit between Strategic Partnerships/Media and other departments within N&J

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • College Degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications or Management) or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Events activation
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects while working with many categories of clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong communication, time management and organizational skills. Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on deadlines
  • Possess a high degree of discretion and professionalism. Professional image and demeanor
  • Must be willing to travel internationally
  • Boating experience a plus
  • Media sales experience a plus

DIFFICULTIES & CONSTRAINTS OF THE POSITION:

The candidate will work closely with a group of global luxury clients, potentially operating in different time zones and needs to be available to deal with inquiries and requests.
