Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 85’3” (25.99m) Arcadia motor yacht MOTEK by Yacht Broker Ed Dickinson, acting on behalf of the buyer and seller. The yacht was last asking €4,400,000.

The 2022 A85 MOTEK is a versatile semi-displacement yacht with a striking exterior profile and elegant interior spaces. She is in beautiful condition, having only been used privately for one season. She has a top speed of 17 knots, an economical cruising speed of 8 knots and solar panels providing up to 4.5kW of electricity.

MOTEK’s interior spaces are an illustration of modern luxury. Her main salon and dining room are expansive for a yacht in her size range. The seating area is facing aft and the large sliding doors around the salon welcome plenty of natural light and airflow. The dining table can accommodate eight guests and the galley forward is finished with stunning marble worktops. The pattern of the solar panels creates a futuristic design view from the inside.

Four cabins on the lower deck welcome eight guests. The full-beam owner’s suite features huge windows, a large sofa seating area and a walk-in closet. A full-beam VIP and two twin cabins complete her accommodation offerings. Each cabin is accompanied by an en-suite bathroom.

MOTEK’s signature Arcadia exterior was designed by Francesco Guida. The all-glass superstructure and stainless steel frame make her a head-turner on the water. Alfresco entertainment is made easy on her aft deck. There is a dining table, four sofas with optional shade and a sofa that can be converted to a sunpad. Her foredeck boasts another sunbathing area.
