Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 100′ (28.63m) new build Sunreef 100 Power by Yacht Broker Gabriele Modica Ragusa, acting on behalf of the buyer and the shipyard. The yacht is set for delivery in 2025.

The Sunreef 100 Power is a masterpiece of modern maritime engineering. Designed for year-round navigation, this bespoke, ultramodern catamaran combines aesthetics, extraordinary living spaces and the perfect balance between performance, low consumption and attention to the environment. From her expansive alfresco relaxation areas to her fully customizable interior, the Sunreef 100 Power redefines the world of luxury catamarans.

One of the standout features of the Sunreef 100 Power is her expansive beam, which creates immense outdoor relaxation spaces and adaptable interiors. All available spaces of this yacht can be tailored to meet the specific needs and desires of her owners, offering unparalleled versatility. The main deck salon boasts panoramic windows that bathe the area in natural light. The interior décor will be fully customized thanks the a bespoke approach and a wide range of materials and fabrics available directly from the shipyard, which makes every interior different from the other and very unique. A sliding door connects the interior lounge seamlessly with the aft cockpit. Her hulls are a canvas for customization, providing options for configuring guest accommodations.

Accommodating up to ten guests in five spacious en-suite cabins, the Sunreef 100 Power ensures everyone enjoys comfort and luxury. The master suite, located in the port hull, features a king-size bed and an ocean-view relaxation area. The master bathroom is extremely spacious and comfortable. Nearby, a guest room offers a double bed, ample storage, an en-suite bathroom and a vanity desk. In the starboard hull, there are two more guest cabins that offer the same level of comfort and a crew quarter with a dedicated galley.

The stern cockpit utilizes the full beam of the yacht, taking full advantage of her versatile layout for alfresco guest experiences. Equipped with a hydraulic aft platform and a garage accommodating two large jet skis, a refueling station, and various water toys, this space can be leveled with the aft skirts to create an expansive beach club right at the water’s edge. On her bow, there is a sunken lounging area accessible directly from the main salon. The flybridge can be customized with a spa pool, sofas, sunpads, a dining area and a bar.
